Meredith Dewell Kolaski is Broker-in-Charge at Ron Davis Realtors. Meredith began selling real estate in Charleston in 2004 and has consistently excelled as a top producing agent. Some of her accomplishments include being a Realtor of Distinction, East Cooper Top Producer and a Certified Home Stager. Meredith sells all over Charleston and has extensive local real estate knowledge! Originally from Carrollton, GA, Meredith moved to Charleston in 1997 to attend the College of Charleston on a golf scholarship. She graduated in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration. Real estate is Meredith's passion and she loves helping buyers and sellers across the tri-county area accomplish their goals. In her spare time, Meredith loves boating, golfing, and spending time with her family.

An East Carolina University Alum, originally from North Carolina, Melissa has spent the last 19 years enjoying the Charleston lifestyle and calling Mount Pleasant home.  Melissa has spent 17 of those years as a Realtor in the Charleston area with a passion in sales and helping clients find their dream homes!  She understands the importance of communication, knowledge, creativity and hard work that goes into every transaction.  Melissa is a solid go-getter and truly enjoys going to work every day.
