I'on
Everyone involved with I’On has a special enthusiasm for the neighborhood. The design was inspired by Lowcountry cities like Charleston, Savannah and Beaufort. There is a harmony and ease among the houses – many with inviting porches, sturdy columns, handcrafted fences, and picturesque gardens and charming outbuildings. Pedestrian trails along the lakes are patterned after “towpaths” used by horses and mules to pull barges along canal in the 19th century.
